I am wondering whether they could possibly have nutritional makeup similar to another seed-pod veg like mangetout (sugarsnap/snap peas) http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2341/2 - although every plant has its own unique makeup. My other thought is that, as the seeds contain the nutrients the plant needs to grow, they would have similar content to the rest of the plant. Just guesswork at this point really.</description>
