I have no special meals to report, just an observation. With all this veg around, it’s really easy to add some healthy goodness to what you normally eat by just throwing the odd thing in. As I was cooking my normal quinoa, I tore off four cabbage leaves, sliced them up and threw them in the same pan to steam. When it was done I also threw in some garlic (I quite like it raw). This didn’t take any effort at all and, without going in to the gory details, I know my bowels are thanking me for it!
